There are beautiful, golden fields of rapeseed throughout the Baltics. We saw this field on the drive from Tartu to Tallinn, Estonia. I had to walk in a bit to get the right perspective, and my blue jeans turned pretty yellow! Thankfully, the stains came out.
We came across this field of rapeseed at dusk near the Hill of Crosses in Lithuania.
