One of the odd things about licensing your work through agencies is that you don’t necessarily know exactly when or where your work will be used. I license images through Getty, which provides me with stats on which images sold up to 45 days after the actual sale. So was a bit surprised when I got a voicemail from a friend today that one of my wedding images appeared in the backdrop of last night’s episode of Fox’s “Lie to Me” (if you’re curious, click here and look 32:45 mins into the show; 2nd to last commercial segment of the show).
