This page is dedicated to helping you install or update UXP panels provided via the Adobe Store, such as Web Sharp Pro.
If you are installing via a CCX file you downloaded from me (such as for Lumenzia or G-Bench), please see info on how to install a UXP panel from a CCX file. And neither of these instructions apply apply to CEP panels, such as Lumenzia v9. Learn more about the differences between UXP and CEP here.
Installing a UXP panel (from the Adobe Marketplace)
Installation of UXP panels is done through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) app. You can install on all the computers you install Photoshop on when purchasing via Adobe Creative Cloud.

If you need to purchase the panel :
Troubleshooting install problems for plugins in the Adobe Marketplace:
If your issue is not addressed directly below:
Issue: Adobe Installer (CCD) warns "compatible app required":
Issue: Adobe installer (CCD) shows the app as installed, but it does not show in the Photoshop "Plugins" menu:
Issue: I've already bought the panel and CCD still shows "Buy" instead of "Install"
Issue: I do not see the latest version in the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) installer
Issue: Status Code Error 401 or 1001
Updating UXP panels:
There are two possible ways to update plugins.
If you installed the plugin directly from CCD (no CCX file), then the plugin should update itself automatically (this is the process for Web Sharp Pro). You may use the "check for updates" option in CCD or restart your computer if you do not see it. Note that uninstalling should be avoided, as this will delete any panel-specific data (such as preferences for the panel).
If you installed locally via a CCX file, then you can update the same way you installed the first time. You just double-click the CCX file and proceed. Again, do not uninstall or you may lose panel-specific data.
Disabling UXP panels:
Uninstalling may likely erase any panel preferences / templates you have created. For troubleshooting, disabling is best:
Uninstalling UXP panels:
You may simply close a panel by right-clicking it, which may be better than uninstalling if you ever need to use it again. Or just disable it in CCD (same place you choose to uninstall).
Caution: Uninstalling will delete all panel-specific data (such as preferences for that panel) without warning. If you are using Web Sharp Pro, click Tutorials and see the instructions for backing up if you wish to preserve your data when uninstalling.
